These terms cover the FiberDex Android app, the office dashboard at app.fiberdex.app, and this website. FiberDex is made by TB Solutions LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using FiberDex, you agree to these terms.
You can use FiberDex to log and organize your fiber work. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break into accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law.
The free version has limits shown in the app. FiberDex Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. Nothing you've already logged is locked if you don't buy Pro.
Company plans are available to pilot companies for now. Pilot companies get the first 2 months free. After that, pricing is what we've agreed with the company in writing. If a company has a signed pilot agreement or contract with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms. The company is responsible for who it invites and for its users' accounts.
On the personal version, your data is yours and stays on your device. On a company plan, the company owns the data its techs log for its jobs. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled, including deletion within 60 days after a pilot or contract ends.
FiberDex is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't replace your prints, engineering, or your company's safety rules. Counts read from KMZ labels, possible-splice markers, photo tags and Fiber Color Finder results can be wrong if the file or GPS is wrong. Always confirm against the cable, the print and your job's standards before you cut or splice.
We work hard to make FiberDex reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your backups and exports.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or work. Our total liability for any claim about FiberDex is limited to $100.
You can stop using FiberDex anytime. We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the service. If we ever discontinue FiberDex, we'll try to give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Kentucky.
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
